An item in which Zygarde Cells are gathered. You can use it to change Zygarde's form. It can hold up to 300 Zygarde Cells.

The Zygarde Cube is a Key Item in Pokémon GO that stores the 
Zygarde Cells you find on Routes. You use the Cells inside it to change 
Zygarde into its 50% Forme and Complete Forme.
The Zygarde Cube holds up to 300 Zygarde Cells. That's enough to take a Zygarde from 10% Forme to Complete Forme (250 Cells) with some to spare. Its details screen shows a running count of the Cells you've collected.
How to Get the Zygarde Cube
The Zygarde Cube is a reward from the From A to Zygarde Special Research, which also introduces Routes and gives you an encounter with 10% Forme Zygarde. Once you have the Cube, Zygarde Cells start appearing while you follow Routes.
How Many Zygarde Cells You Need
- 10% Forme to 50% Forme: 50 Zygarde Cells
- 50% Forme to Complete Forme: 200 Zygarde Cells
Note: Cells over the 300 cap can't be stored, so spend them on a form change before your Cube fills up.
