How Are Hundo Odds Calculated?
Each Pokémon has three IV stats (Attack, Defense, HP), each ranging from 0 to 15. An IV floor limits how low each stat can roll. A hundo requires all three stats to be exactly 15.
With an IV floor of X, each stat has (16 - X) possible values. Since all three stats must be 15, the odds are:

Purifying a Shadow Pokémon adds +2 to each IV stat, so any Shadow with 13 or higher in all three stats becomes a hundo. That gives you 3 favorable values per stat (13, 14, 15) out of the total possible range, making the formula:

Tips for Finding Hundos
- Lucky Trades are one of the best ways to hunt for high value hundos with odds of 1 in 64 plus the reduced Stardust power up cost.
- While Lucky Trade odds are not as good as Mighty Pokémon with 1 in 27, Mighty Pokémon encounters are available only during the yearly Wild Area events.
- Purifying a 13/13/13+ Shadow Pokémon from a Shadow Raid is another repeatable way to hunt for a hundo. Shadow Raids have great 1/37 hundo odds, and during certain Shadow Raid events the IV floor gets boosted to 7/7/7 reducing those odds even further to 1/27.
- Research tasks all share the same 1 in 216 odds thanks to the 10/10/10 IV floor. These are free, repeatable ways to get boosted odds encounters (unlike raids or eggs which consume premium items to do repeatedly).
- Remember that GO Battle Day, Week, and Weekend encounters have their IV floor removed to 0/0/0, giving you worse hundo odds but better chances at low-attack PvP IVs.
