A medicine that can revive fainted Pokémon. It also fully restores a fainted Pokémon's maximum HP.

Max Revives are Medicine items in Pokémon GO that will restore a fainted Pokémon to full health or 100% of its Hit Points (HP). While easier to obtain, 
Revives are a weaker version of this item and will only restore a Pokémon to half (50%) HP.
How to Get Max Revives
The best repeatable ways to obtain Max Revives in Pokémon GO are by spinning PokéStops and Gyms or opening 
Gifts.
Completing raids often rewards multiple Max Revives, but raids require a Premium Battle Pass and often require multiple trainers to take down. Max Revives are also rewarded for completing Field Research Tasks or defeating a Team GO Rocket Leader, but these methods are not as efficient.
Note: Max Revives are only obtainable via gameplay once the player has reached level 30.

How to Use Max Revives
To use a Max Revive in Pokémon GO, tap the Poké Ball menu and "Items" to open your inventory. Next, tap the Max Revive item, and a list of your fainted Pokémon will appear. Tap an individual Pokémon to revive, or select "Revive All" to revive your fainted Pokémon, consuming as many Max Revives as needed.
