Halloween Pokémon
I chose these Pokémon because their designs are Halloween-based (ghosts and the undead, grim reapers, witches, bats and spiders, hellhounds and goblins, jack-o'-lanterns, etc.). Drowzee is the only one in there purely for the creepy Pokédex entry. Being a Ghost type on its own isn't sufficient, so I didn’t add any of the more 'friendly' Ghost types such as Gholdengo and Decidueye. Each card has a note explaining what makes that particular Pokémon so spooky. Let me know if I missed any.

A few stand out. Drowzee stands over your pillow and eats your dreams through your nose. Gross. Lampent hangs around hospitals, waiting for people to pass on.
