Event Bonuses
These bonuses apply during the 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local-time event window.
3× Stardust for catching Pokémon.
2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon.
Lure Modules activated during the event last three hours.
Incense, excluding Daily Adventure Incense, activated during the event lasts three hours.

Extended Trade Bonuses
These trade bonuses apply from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time.
One additional Special Trade, for a maximum of three for the day.
Trades require 50% less Stardust.
Ticket Gifting
You can purchase and gift tickets to friends with a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher. Select the Special Research ticket in the in-game shop and tap Gift instead of Buy.
Gifting is unavailable if the recipient has already purchased the ticket or has already been gifted one.
Tickets are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). Please note that this Special Research will not include an in-game medal.
Bonus Raid Battles After Community Day
Sunday, June 9, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time.
Sliggoo appears in special four-star raids. Join using 
Raid Passes or 
Premium Battle Passes; 
Remote Raid Passes cannot be used.
Featured Pokémon
Goomy will appear more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!
Featured Attack
Evolve Sliggoo (Goomy’s Evolution) during the event or up to five hours afterward, until 10:00 p.m. local time, to get 
Goodra that knows the Charged Attack 
Thunder Punch.
The original announcement lists Thunder Punch at 55 power in Trainer Battles and 45 power in Gyms and raids.
Sliggoo can evolve into Goodra either when the weather is rainy or when near a 
Rainy Lure Module.
Stickers
You’ll be able to get event-themed stickers by spinning PokéStops, opening 
Gifts, and purchasing them from the in-game shop.
Finding Other Trainers
Use the Community Day map to find Community Ambassador events and Community Parks. Community Ambassadors receive support from Niantic; if none are nearby, Campfire can help find other local meetups.
Popular park locations are provided for informational purposes only. Niantic does not host or operate official or unofficial events at these park locations. Be aware of your surroundings while playing.
Encounters After a Raid
Successfully complete one of these four-star raids against Sliggoo to make additional Goomy appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes. These Goomy have the same Shiny chance as those encountered during the three-hour Community Day event.
The other Community Day bonuses apply only during the initial three-hour event period, except for the separately listed extended trade bonuses.

For US$1.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access the Goomy Community Day–exclusive Special Research story.

Timed Research
Timed Research awarding one Rainy Lure Module is available from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time.
Field Research
Catch Goomy in June Community Day–themed Field Research to earn rewards such as

Pokémon GO Web Store — Ultra Community Day Box
An Ultra Community Day Box containing ten 
Ultra Balls, one 
Elite Charged TM, and one Special Research story ticket is available on the Pokémon GO Web Store during the event for US$4.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency).
This Web Store deal is available starting June 3, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. PDT, three days before the ticket is available in the in-game shop.
The announcement also notes that Trainers with Pokémon Trainer Club accounts can sign in to the Web Store using their Pokémon GO credentials, and that a first Web Store purchase of an item costing US$9.99 or more qualifies for a 15% discount.
Event Bundles
Two Community Day bundles are available in the in-game shop during the event.
For 1,350 PokéCoins, receive 50 Ultra Balls, five 
Super Incubators, one Elite Charged TM, and five 
Lucky Eggs.
For 480 PokéCoins, receive 30 Ultra Balls, one 
Incense, three Super Incubators, and one 
Lure Module.
