Charmander will appear more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!
Featured Attack
Evolve 
Charmeleon during the event or up to two hours afterward, until 7:00 p.m. local time, to get 
Charizard with the Fast Attack 
Dragon Breath and the Charged Attack 
Blast Burn.
At the time of the announcement, Dragon Breath has 4 power in Trainer Battles and 6 power in Gyms and raids. Blast Burn has 110 power in both Trainer Battles and Gyms and raids.
Community Day Special Research
For US$1.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), access the Charmander Community Day Classic–exclusive Special Research.
Tickets will be available in the in-game shop. Purchase and gift tickets to friends with a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher: select the Special Research ticket and tap Gift instead of Buy. Gifting is unavailable if the recipient has already purchased or been gifted that ticket.
Tickets are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and the exceptions in the Terms of Service. This Special Research does not include an in-game medal.

Timed Research
