Groudon Shadow Raid Weekend will start on Saturday, September 20, at 6:00 a.m. and end on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. local time.

The following Pokémon will appear more frequently in Shadow Raids. Also, for the first time in Pokémon GO, you’ll be able to encounter Shiny 
Shadow Groudon—if you’re lucky!
Event Bonus
- One additional
Raid Pass per day from spinning Photo Discs at Gyms (for a daily total of two).
Event Ticket
For US$4.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you can purchase a ticket that grants the following bonuses.
- Five additional Raid Passes per day from spinning Photo Discs at Gyms (for a daily total of seven)
- 50% more XP from Raid Battles
- 2× Stardust from Raid Battles
These bonuses will be effective from Saturday, September 20, at 6:00 a.m. to Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. local time.
