Event Bonuses
The following bonuses apply during the 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local-time Community Day period.
3× XP for catching Pokémon.
2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
2× chance to receive Starly Candy XL from catching Starly.
Incense activated during the event lasts three hours.
Lure Modules activated during the event last three hours.
Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
Extended Trade Bonuses
These trade bonuses run from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
One additional Special Trade, for a maximum of three for the day.
Trades require 50% less Stardust.
The Special Trade bonus stacks with the additional Special Trade bonus for the Season of GO.
Bonuses for Groups
Work together during the three-hour Community Day period: if enough Pokémon are caught with help from a single 
Lure Module, the 3× Catch XP bonus near that Lured PokéStop becomes 4× for 30 minutes. This replaces the base 3× bonus and does not stack with it.
Bonus Raid Battles After Community Day
Sunday, July 17, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
Staravia appears in special four-star raids. Join using 
Raid Passes or 
Premium Battle Passes; 
Remote Raid Passes cannot be used.
Ticket Gifting
You can gift a Special Research ticket to a friend: tap the Special Research ticket in the in-game shop, then choose Gift instead of Buy.
Gifting is unavailable if the recipient has already purchased a ticket or received one as a gift.
Tickets are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). Please note that this Special Research will not include an in-game medal.
Featured Pokémon
Starly will appear more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!
Featured Attack
Evolve Staravia during the event or up to five hours afterward, until 7:00 p.m. local time, to get 
Staraptor that knows the Fast Attack 
Gust.
The original announcement lists Gust at 16 power in Trainer Battles and 25 power in Gyms and raids.
Stickers
You’ll be able to get event-themed stickers by spinning PokéStops, opening 
Gifts, and purchasing them from the in-game shop.
Encounters After a Raid
Defeat Staravia in one of these four-star raids to make Starly appear within 300 meters of the Gym for 30 minutes. These Starly have the same Shiny chance as those during the three-hour Community Day period.
The main catch, 
Incense, Lure, snapshot, and group-play bonuses apply only during the initial three-hour Community Day period; the separately listed extended trade bonuses retain their own hours.
