Evolve Eevee by Monday, August 13, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (20:00 UTC) to get an Evolution that knows Last Resort. The Eevee Evolutions available at the time are Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, and Umbreon.
