After you become Champion, Leon leaves you a Charmander that can Gigantamax in his room in Postwick.
The Isle of Armor: after Mustard’s first trial at the Master Dojo, pick Bulbasaur or Squirtle. Both can Gigantamax.
The Isle of Armor: find 100 Alolan Diglett and the Diglett Master gives you Rowlet (if you chose Grookey), Litten (Scorbunny) or Popplio (Sobble).
