A Pokémon that dislikes a Berry's flavor becomes confused when it eats an HP-restoring Berry of that flavor. For Gentle Pokémon, the one to watch is the Iapapa Berry.

Scarlet and Violet item
Feeding a Pokémon a Gentle Mint changes its stat growth to match the Gentle nature. The nature in its summary stays the same; only the stat changes apply. Mints debuted in Pokémon Sword and Shield and are also available in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
