The user exchanges Speed stats with the target.

A tackle that also hurts the user.

Sharply increases the user's SPEED.

The user snares the foe with grass and trips it. The heavier the foe, the greater the damage.

The user attacks the target with stored power. The more the user’s stats are raised, the greater the damage.

The user makes a lunge at the target, attacking with full force. This also lowers the target’s Attack stat.
