Short Effect
Held: Consumed at 1/4 max HP to boost a random stat by two stages.
Effect
Held in battle : When the holder has 1/4 its max HP remaining or less, it consumes this item to raise a random stat by two stages.
Gift or reward
Earned at the Battle Tower for every 100 straight wins starting from 200. It was also given out as a distribution item.
