An item to be held by a Pokémon. It reduces Speed but allows the holder’s Attack stat to grow more after battling.
Short Effect
Held: Holder gains 4 Attack effort values, but has halved Speed in battle.
Effect
Held: Decreases the holder’s Speed by 50%. Whenever the holder gains Attack effort from battle, increases that effort by 4; this applies before the PokéRUS doubling effect.
Location details
Traded for 10 BP at the BP shop in Hammerlocke. It also occasionally shows up as a Wild Area News distribution gift.
