To claim Shiny 
Koraidon and Shiny 
Miraidon, you need to go to select stores and claim a Mystery Gift Code. No purchase is necessary to obtain these codes, and each code is limited to one per person.
The Shiny Koraidon code can only be claimed in Pokémon Violet, and the Shiny Miraidon code can only be claimed in Pokémon Scarlet.

When claiming the code at Micromania in France, you are required to bring your console and show that you have Pokémon Scarlet or Violet to get your codes. You will only get the Shiny Koraidon code if you show that you have Pokémon Violet, and you will only get the Shiny Miraidon code if you show that you have Pokémon Scarlet.
How to Claim a Mystery Gift in Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet
1. Launch your Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game.
2. Press X to open up the Main Menu.
3. Select Poké Portal.
4. Select Mystery Gift, then select Get with Code/Password
5. Enter your code.
6. Choose the gift you want to receive.
7. Watch as the gift arrives in your game.
8. Be sure to save your game.
