eject-buttonUsed as alternative zone control bulk piece where enemy compositions are slippery, mobile and high melee which make Surf harder to hit. KEY STAT BENCHMARK - Attack Speed: A mathematical minimum of 48 Frames per attack is required to access 2 boosted attacks within Rapid Spin without having the second boosted attack get cut off dealing less damage- The attack speed stat required for this 48 Frames per attack benchmark is 26.11% achieved with Muscle Band at level 10. However for inexplicable reasons, an actual minimum of 52 Frames per attack is required to access 2 boosted attacks within Rapid Spin without having the second boosted attack get cut off dealing less damage- The attack speed stat required for this 52 Frames per attack benchmark is 16.42% where level 8 naturally with no items is 16.72%. Reducing the Frames per Attack (aka: increasing attack speed) gives more leeway for attacks and Hydro Pump cast animation overlap. KEY STAT BENCHMARK - Cooldown Reduction: To comfortably achieve two Hydro Pumps within Rapid Spin, a minimum 18% CDR is required. This build is accounting for no emblems or Bulk emblems which have no CDR.

This can be obtained through Blue Buff + 7 Black Emblems but the input can be tight. A CDR item may be used instead such as Energy Amplifier, which has natural synergy with Hydro Typhoon's incredibly low unite charge already. Alternative CDR items include Shell Bell and Drive Lens. Focus Band will offer greater bulk where as Slick Spoon will offer the greatest damage but will still require Blue Buff to access two Hydro Pumps within one Rapid Spin use.
