How to Claim a Mystery Gift in Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet
1. Launch your Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game.
2. Press X to open up the Main Menu.
3. Select Poké Portal.
4. Select Mystery Gift, then select Get via Internet to connect to the internet.
5. Choose the gift you want to receive.
6. Watch as the gift arrives in your game.
7. Be sure to save your game.

Shiny Ting-Lu is Level 75 and in a Cherish Ball. It has the Ground Tera Type and the moves: 
Stomping Tantrum, Stone Edge, 
Snarl, and Heavy Slam. Ting-Lu also comes with the Classic Ribbon.
