In celebration of the New Year, Dratini, Jangmo-o, and Duraludon will be appearing in mass outbreaks. Each Pokémon will appear in a specific region.

All three of these Pokémon will have an increased chance of having the Joyful Mark, granting the title, "the Joyful."

To maximize your chances of encountering a shiny Pokémon, make a Dragon-type level 3 sparkling power sandwich.
