Effect
Used on a party Pokémon in battle : Protects the target’s stats from being lowered for the next five turns. Increases happiness by 1/1/0.
Location details
Sold on the third floor of the Goldenrod Department Store, and in Kanto on the fifth floor of the Celadon Department Store. The Pokéwalker's Dowsing feature can also turn one up on the Town Outskirts and Suburban Area courses.
