Used by a trainer in battle : Attempts to catch a wild Pokémon. The wild Pokémon’s catch rate is 1.5× normal.

Mini-game reward
Handed out at the National Park gates for the Bug-Catching Contest, which runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. You get 20, and they are only for use during the contest.
