Short Effect
Catches a wild Pokémon; normally rises by 0.1× per elapsed turn, up to 4×.
Effect
Used in battle: Normally starts at a 1× catch-rate multiplier, increases by 0.1× per completed turn, and reaches 4× after 30 turns have elapsed. An 8-bit overflow occurs after 245 elapsed turns: the multiplier falls to 0× at 246, then rises by 0.1× per turn to 0.9× at 255; the turn counter then stops increasing.

The Trick Master gives you one for clearing the second puzzle of the Trick House on Route 110. Once you have the Devon employee's Repeat Ball, the Rustboro Poké Mart sells these as well.
