Increases the chance of a critical hit in battle. Raises happiness.
Effect
Used on an active Pokémon in battle: Raises its critical-hit ratio by two stages until it leaves battle. Does not stack with Focus Energy or another Dire Hit. Raises friendship by 1 at friendship 0–199.

Pick up Dire Hit from the battle-item counter on the second floor of the Veilstone Department Store in Veilstone City. You can also find one along the rocky climb on Sinnoh Route 207.
