While at 50% max HP or below, increases Attack by 5% and movement speed by 12%.
Attack
Becomes a boosted attack with every third attack. At long range, a boosted attack deals increased damage to enemies and decreases their movement speed for a short time. At close range, a boosted attack deals more damage the lower the enemies remaining HP is.
Auto attacks differ depending on range, and become boosted attacks with every third attack, dealing increased damage. Auto attacks used at long range reduce the cooldown of Bubble, Water Shuriken, or Surf by 0.5s when they hit. Boosted attacks used at long range also decrease the movement speed of the opposing Pokémon hit by 25% for 0.5s.

Bubble
Attack with a spray of bubbles, decreasing the movement speed of enemies when it hits.
Sprays 2 bubbles in the designated direction which pop when they hit an opposing Pokémon, damaging opposing Pokémon and decreasing their movement speed by 25% for 1s when each bubble hits.
Water Shuriken
6sThrow shurikens made of water in quick succession. Decreases the movement speed of enemies for a short time and restores the user's HP when it hits. Also increases the user's movement speed while using this move.
Increases the number of shurikens thrown.
Surf
9sRide a wave, dealing damage to enemies and restoring the user's HP. If this move knocks out an enemy, its cooldown is reset. In addition, this move deals increased damage to enemies with low HP.
Increases the amount of HP restored.

Substitute
Leaves behind a substitute doll for the user while it's moving forward.
Becomes invincible and dashes forward, leaving behind a Substitute doll in their place which lasts for 3s.
Double Team
8sQuickly moves the user away from the current position, creating illusory copies of it to aid in battle.

Smokescreen
12sCreates a smokescreen and has the user roll away from its current location. Immediately afterward, the user begins sneaking and has its movement speed increased for a short time. This also makes its next basic attack a boosted attack.

Waterburst Shuriken
Throw a giant water shuriken toward the designated area, dealing damage to enemies in the area of effect and decreasing their movement speed for a short time when this move hits. The water shuriken then immediately explodes, dealing damage to enemies in the area of effect and throws them. Once this move ends, the user may jump in a designated direction.
Becomes unstoppable and leaps up to throw a giant water shuriken toward the designated circular location, damaging opposing Pokémon it hits on the way to the circular area of effect (from beyond the range of the user's close range auto attacks) and decreasing the movement speed of those hit by 50% for 2s. The user then suddenly appears on top of the water shuriken which immediately bursts, damaging opposing Pokémon in the circular area of effect again and throwing them.
