Goal Hacker

Tampers with 1 goal zone in range for 4s. If used on an ally goal zone: doubles any shield provided by the goal zone, and strengthens the goal zone's HP restoration rate (restoring HP every 0.5s) for the duration of the effect. If used on an opposing goal zone: disables shield effects and HP restoration from that goal zone for the duration of the effect. Additional applications on an affected goal zone overrides the previous effects and refreshes the duration.
