            Introduction

            Voltorb is an Electric-type Pokémon first introduced in Pokémon Red & Blue. It has a round body with the bottom half being white and the upper half being red. It also has two white eyes with black pupils.

            Shiny Voltorb has the upper half of its body turn blue.

            Evolution

            Voltorb evolves into Electrode at Level 30.

            Preferred Location

            The best location to shiny hunt Voltorb is in East Province (Area Three).

            Sandwich Recipe

            The easiest way to make a Sparkling and Encounter Power: Electric Lv. 3 Sandwich is:

            • 1 Yellow Pepper
            • A combination of 1 Salty Herba Mystica + 1 Spicy Herba Mystica

            If you don’t have Salty Herba Mystica, then use this recipe:

            • 1 Cucumber + 1 Pickle
            • 3 Yellow Pepper
            • Any 2 Herba Mystica combination besides 1 Sweet + 1 Sour Herba Mystica

            Tips For Hunting

            The best way to shiny hunt Voltorb is to run around East Province (Area Three). Shiny Voltorb can be easily spotted from a distance, so you don't need to worry about missing its shiny. Make sure you have a Pokémon with the Damp ability at the front of your party, as wild Voltorb can have PhysicalSelf-Destruct.
