Arboliva at level 35.

Arboliva has cool, new signature ability called Seed Sower which automatically triggers Status

Grassy Terrain whenever it takes damage, boosting the power of Grass-type moves.

The orchards around Cortondo are a great place to isolate this encounter. Use a grass type encounter & sparkling power sandwich, and you'll see tons of Smolivs.
