Great Balls appear in every Poké Mart once you have three or more Gym Badges. Look for extras on Route 210, in Eterna Forest, at the Old Chateau grounds of the Pokémon Mansion, and in the Great Marsh, or dig them up with the Dowsing Machine Pokétch app.
