Destined Rivals Release
Release Date
Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Destined Rivals will release on May 30th, 2025, at participating retailers. It will arrive in Pokémon TCG Live on May 29th, 2025.
About the Expansion
Trainer’s Pokémon will return with a twist: Team Rocket. Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex will appear under Giovanni’s command, and Ethan’s Ho-Oh ex, Cynthia’s Garchomp ex, and Arven’s Mabosstiff ex will join it in a set of more than 240 cards.
The expansion will include:
- 83 Team Rocket’s cards
- 17 Pokémon ex, including 10 Trainer’s Pokémon ex
- 23 illustration rare Pokémon
- 11 special illustration rare Pokémon
- 6 hyper rare gold etched cards
