Short Effect
Adjusts the species catch rate according to its weight.
Effect
Uses a 1× Ball multiplier and changes the species catch rate by −20 below 100 kg, 0 from 100 to 199.9 kg, +20 from 200 to 299.9 kg, or +30 at 300 kg or more. A resulting rate below 1 is raised to 1. It does not use battle-modified weight. In Trainer battles, a rejected Ball is not consumed, although the turn is wasted.
