Channel your inner psychic and prepare for this exciting new event in Pokémon GO!

Date and Time

The Psychic Spectacular event will take place on Wednesday, September 18 at 10:00 a.m. and end on Sunday, September 22 at 8:00 p.m. local time

Event Bonuses

• 2x Stardust for catching Pokémon.
• Additional Candy for Nice Throws or better.
• Increased chance to receive Candy XL on successful catches with Nice Throws or better (must first unlock Candy XL at level 31).

Pokémon Debuts

• Hatenna
• Hattrem
• Hatterene

Hatenna, the calm Pokémon, and its Evolutions will make an appearance in Pokémon GO for the first time! Hatenna and Hattrem are Psychic-type Pokémon, while Hatterene is both Psychic and Fairy-type. Don’t miss your first chance to add these cool new Pokémon to your collection! Unfortunately, the shiny variants will not be available this time around.

Dynamax Debuts

• Beldum✨

Beldum will make its Pokémon GO Dynamax debut in three-star Max Battles. This Psychic and Steel-type Pokémon is a force to be reckoned with when it evolves into the mighty Metagross. Be sure to get one of your own if you want to Dynamax it. If you’re lucky, you may even encounter a Shiny one!

Paid Timed Research

Timed research tickets will be available for this event. The tickets cost US$2.00 (or equivalent pricing in your local currency).

Included in the timed research rewards are -

• Additional encounters with Morelull and Hatenna
