Mega Mawile Raid Day
Fans of the deceivingly cute Mawile are in luck, as Mega Mawile is getting its own Raid Day this month! This marks Mega Mawile’s Pokémon GO debut in Mega Raids, so if you want to add this Fairy/Steel type to your Pokédex or Shiny Dex, you won’t want to miss this.
Event Bonuses
The Remote Raid limit will be raised from five to 20 from Friday, October 11 at 8:00 p.m. ET until Saturday, October 12 at 11:00 p.m. ET. Additionally, you’ll be able to receive five additional free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs during the event, for a total of six. Most importantly, you’ll also enjoy an increased chance of encountering Shiny Mawile from Mega Raids during the event.
Mega Mawile Raid Day Ticket
Want to enhance your Mega Mawile Raid Day experience? You can pick up the Mega Mawile Raid Day Ticket in the in-game shop for $4.99 US currency or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency to receive the following bonuses:
- Eight additional Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs, for a total of 14
- Increased chance to get Rare Candy XL from Raid Battles
- 50% more XP from Raid Battles
- 2× Stardust from Raid Battles
These bonuses will go into effect on Saturday, October 12 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
You can also purchase and gift tickets to any of your Pokémon GO friends you’ve achieved a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher with. Please note that purchases, including those made for other Trainers, are non-refundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). Tickets cannot be purchased with PokéCoins.

Mega Mawile Raid Day Ultra Ticket Box
The Pokémon GO Web Store will also feature a Mega Mawile Raid Day Ultra Ticket Box for $4.99 US currency or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency. This box will include the Mega Mawile Raid Day ticket and a bonus Premium Battle Pass at no additional cost. Keep an eye out for this starting Monday, October 7 at 1:00 p.m. ET, three days before the ticket is available in the in-game shop.
