              Introduction

Mankey is a Fighting-type Pokémon first introduced in Pokémon Red & Blue. Its design is based on a fighting monkey. It has a light beige, round and fluffy body, two thin legs and arms, a pig-like snout, two triangular ears, narrow and angry eyes, and a thin curled tail from its back. Shiny Mankey has its body turn a light green color.

              Evolution

Mankey evolves into Primeape at Level 28, and Primeape evolves into Annihilape (Only in Scarlet & Violet) after using Rage Fist 20 times.

              Prerequisites

              • You need to have purchased The Hidden Treasures of Area Zero DLC

              Preferred Location

The best location to shiny hunt Mankey is in the grassy area around the Gracious Stones in Northern Kitakami.

              Sandwich Recipe

The easiest way to make a Sparkling and Encounter Power: Fighting Lv. 3 Sandwich is:

              • 1 Pickle
              • 1 Salty Herba Mystica + 1 Spicy Herba Mystica

If you don't have Salty Herba Mystica, then use this recipe:

              • 1 Cucumber + 4 Pickle
              • Any combination of 2 Herba Mystica except 1 Sweet + 1 Sour and 2x Sweet

              Tips For Hunting

The best way to shiny hunt Mankey is to run around the grassy area around the Gracious Stones in Northern Kitakami. Shiny Mankey can be easily noticed from far away, so you don't need to worry about missing the shiny.
