Gastly, Duskull and Litwick will be the featured Pokémon during the October 22nd Pokémon Spotlight Hour. From 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. trainers will receive 2× Catch XP and Gastly, Duskull and Litwick will spawn much more frequently in the wild.
