              Introduction

Houndour is a Dark/Fire-type Pokémon first introduced in Pokémon Gold & Silver. Houndour is a black dog Pokémon with an orange snout and underside, four legs with a silver ring on each of them, a black nose, a skull-shaped plate on its forehead, a short tail, two small ears, and two silver circular plates around its upper body.

Shiny Houndour has a blue body, blue nose, and a yellow snout and underside.

              Evolution

Houndour evolves into Houndoom at Level 24.

              Sandwich Recipe

The easiest way to make a Sparkling and Encounter Power: Dark Lv. 3 sandwich is:

              • 1 Smoked Fillet
              • A combination of 1 Salty + 1 Sweet/Spicy/Sour Herba Mystica

If you don’t have any Salty Herba Mystica, then use this recipe:

              • 1 Cucumber + 1 Pickle
              • 3 Smoked Fillet
              • Any 2 Herba Mystica combination besides: 1 Sweet + 1 Sour Herba Mystica

              Tips For Hunting

The best way to shiny hunt Houndour is to run around the Infernal Pass path. Shiny Houndour can be easily noticed from far away, so you don't need to worry about missing its shiny.
