              Introduction

Heracross is a Bug/Fighting-type Pokémon first introduced in Pokémon Gold & Silver. Its design is based on the Japanese rhinoceros beetle.

It has a primarily blue body with a large T-shaped horn on its head, black & yellow oval eyes, 2 short antennae, and thick & strong arms and legs. Its shiny form changes the whole body pink.

              Evolution

              Heracross does not evolve.

              Prerequisites

              • You need to have purchased The Hidden Treasures of Area Zero DLC

              Preferred Location

The best location to shiny hunt Heracross is at Reveler’s Road, to the right of Mossui Town.

              Sandwich Recipe

The easiest way to make a Sparkling and Encounter Power: Fighting Lv 3 Sandwich is:

              • 1 Pickle
              • A combination of 1 Salty + 1 Spicy Herba Mystica

If you don’t have any Salty Herba Mystica then use this recipe:

              • 1 Cucumber + 4 Pickle
              • Any 2 Herba Mystica combination besides: 1 Sweet + 1 Sour Herba Mystica or 2x Sweet Herba Mystica

              Tips For Hunting

The best way to shiny hunt Heracross is to run around Reveler’s Road while making sure to despawn the spawns. Another option is to town reset by entering and leaving Mossui Town. Running around Reveler’s Road is more effective as there are more Heracross spawns. Shiny Heracross can be easily noticed so you don't have to worry about missing the shiny.
