              Introduction

Bonsly is a Rock-type Pokémon first introduced in Pokémon Diamond & Pearl. Bonsly’s design is based on a bonsai tree. Bonsly looks like a small bonsai tree inside a pot. It has a round body which is shaped like a flowerpot, it has three green balls on the top of its head, no arms, two short legs, big black eyes, a small mouth, and a yellow oval in between its eyes.

Shiny Bonsly has its body changed from brown to yellow, and the two balls on the top of its head are changed from green to a dark pink.

              Evolution

Bonsly evolves into Sudowoodo after leveling up while knowing Mimic.

              Prerequisites

              • You need to have purchased The Hidden Treasures of Area Zero DLC.

              Preferred Location

The best location to shiny hunt Bonsly is on the grassy area to the West of Kitakami Hall.

              Sandwich Recipe

The easiest way to make a Sparkling and Encounter Power: Rock Lv. 3 Sandwich is:

              • 1 Bacon
              • A combination of 1 Salty + 1 Sweet/Spicy/Sour Herba Mystica

If you don’t have any Salty Herba Mystica, then use this recipe:

              • 1 Cucumber + 1 Pickle
              • 3 Bacon
              • Any 2 Herba Mystica combination besides: 1 Sweet + 1 Sour Herba Mystica

              Tips For Hunting

The best way to shiny hunt Bonsly is to reset the spawn to the West of Kitakami Hall by town resetting, which is done by entering and exiting Kitakami Hall. Shiny Bonsly can be noticed from far away, so you don’t need to worry about missing the shiny.
